Alene Bryson has many years of experience as an attorney. Since approximately 1993, she has been dedicated exclusively to US Immigration Law.

She represents people from the majority of countries worldwide in a broad range of cases.

Her work includes family-sponsored immigration for parents, husbands and wives, children, step-children, adopted children, brothers and sisters, and other derivative relatives. She also represents foreign-born battered spouses and children, and people who are victims of US crimes and who assist in the prosecution of those crimes, in obtaining special immigrant status in the US.

She also handles two categories of employment-based immigration cases: EB-1 and EB-2 National Interest Waiver cases.  She dedicates a large portion of her time to processing waivers of grounds of inadmissibility for applicants for permanent resident status, with an outstanding success rate.

Her law office handles cases under other special provisions in the law such as U visas, Temporary Protected Status, Freedom of Information Act Requests, and more.  She has very competent, friendly and bilingual support staff.

Alene Bryson helps individuals understand and find their way through the complexities of US Immigration Law so that they can reach their goals in the fastest, least stressful, best way possible.
